In accordance with Section 10 of the FSC Act, The Commission reserves the right to require the submission of a special return on any subject connected with the business and affairs of the (Credit Union).
Section 53 Financial Services Commission Act empowers the Commission to issue guidelines after consultation with financial institutions. To this end, the following guidelines for credit unions are currently under consideration by the FSC.
