Complaints should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, to the attention of the Complaints Coordinator.
In your correspondence to the Commission:
1. Clearly indicate your name, address and contact information.
2. Indicate the date and to whom your correspondence to the financial institution was addressed.
3. Providing full details of your complaint or concern and include any copies of supporting documentation.
4. Attach copies of both your previous correspondence and the response from the financial institution.
