NOTICE is hereby given to all members and/or their personal representatives, creditors and other interested persons (the “Interested Parties”) that effective DECEMBER 12, 2024 the Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”), pursuant to section 25 of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2010-21, intends to cancel the registration of Progressive Co-operative Credit Union Limited, whose registered office is situate at Grantley Adams House, 111 Roebuck Street, St. Michael.
