Overview

The Financial Services Commission conducts fit and proper assessments to evaluate whether specified persons are suitable for, among other things, to be registered or licensed with the Commission. The main considerations for determining fitness and propriety, along with other expectations surrounding this requirement are set out in the Commission’s Fit and Proper Guideline.

 

Questionnaire

Persons who are required to be assessed i.e. relevant persons are required to complete the below questionnaire and submit it to the Commission with requisite accompanying documentation. Instructions are included in the questionnaire.
