A recognized leader in the areas of regulatory compliance, governance and risk management, Oliver Jordan is Chairman of Caribbean Strategic Advisors Inc. who provide governance and risk advisory services to clients in the Caribbean and Canada.
He has completed the Directors Education Program offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada (ICD.D) and is a Board member of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and enhancing professional standards of directors across the Caribbean region through education and training.
He is also co-founder of Board Diversity Network which is a Board-readiness educational program based on Toronto, Canada
Oliver holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, an MBA in Banking and Financial Services from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. He is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) in Canada and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
