AML/CFT Questionnaire

Overview

The Financial Services Commission has recently issued some key AML questionnaires across its regulated sector except for Pensions (i.e. insurance, credit unions & securities).

2024 AML/CFT/CPF Questionnaire

The intent of this questionnaire is to capture information on all registrants/licensees, thereby assessing the robustness of your implemented AML/CFT/CPF programs for the period January 1, 2023- June 30, 2024.

NB: This is due Friday, November 15, 2024.

2024 AML/CFT/CPF Risk Assessment of the General Insurance Sector

The intent of this questionnaire is to identify the types of money laundering, terrorism financing and proliferation financing (ML/TF/PF) risks (if any) in the sector, construct a rational framework for the proposed removal of the sector from certain regulatory provisions,  identify and assess the range of illicit financial transactions in the sector; and to provide guidance to the sector in instituting mitigating measures to reduce the likelihood of the sector being used to facilitate ML/TF/PF.

NB: This is due Friday, November 29, 2024.
